Dental School sweethearts, Drs. Mitchell and Savannah married in 2020 and have two children who were born here in Juneau. In her spare time, Dr. Savannah enjoys baking treats and spending time with their children. She sees the chilly, rainy, and snowy days in Juneau as a fun change from the hot, humid climates she grew up in. Dr. Mitchell's spends his free time nurturing their children, cooking, exercising, or sight-seeing. He has loved experiencing the many outdoor wonders that Juneau has to offer. Some of his highlights include his first ever bear encounter, whale sightings, and northern light show.

Together, they are passionate about all things dentistry and are honored to serve Juneau and surrounding SE Alaska communities. They aim to provide the highest quality of care and most comfortable dental experience possible for their patients.

They received their Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2020. While in dental school, Dr. Mitchell was an advanced standing student in oral surgery, a community outreach volunteer for dental services, and received the ‘American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award’ for outstanding knowledge and skill set. Dr. Savannah was awarded the “Darrel J. Lower Pediatric Dentistry ‘Hall of Fame’ Award”, chosen by the clinical faculty for her dedication to pediatric care, and was a prosthodontics mentor to incoming clinical students.
